The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

I recently stayed at a delightful boutique hotel just around the corner from Harrods. The staff at this charming establishment were exceptional, making me feel welcome and treating me like a person rather than a number. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-appointed, with nice toiletries provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the linens and towels was superb. The hotel had a quiet living room and spacious bedrooms, giving it a cozy, home-like feel. I particularly enjoyed the honesty bar in the drawing room, where I could help myself to drinks. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay amidst the bustling city.

The breakfast was tasty and the service was great. the location was also good as it was close to many tourist spots so we didn't have to travel too far. We also enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and the free Wi-Fi.

The showerhead was also broken and the water pressure was very low. the room temperature was way too high and we couldn't seem to adjust it to a more comfortable level.

The only downside I noticed was that the check-in and check-out times were a little earlier and later respectively than I would have preferred. However, the hotel did offer the option to store luggage after check-out, which was convenient.

Additionally, the staff were polite and accommodating, providing us with an early check, in when they saw we were tired.

We were greeted with a delightful welcome treat and offered champagne, making for a warm welcome. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. a great experience for our London visit.
