we stayed at the most amazing place in st andrews, and it was even better than our previous stays! linda and peter, the hosts, were phenomenal. the rooms were stunning and spacious, with breathtaking views. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and made to order. woodside has set a new standard for our future travels!

The view from our spacious accommodation was simply breathtaking! We were surrounded by scenic beauty wherever we looked. The bathroom with underfloor heating was a luxurious bonus, and the living room area was comfortable and inviting. Plus, the delicious breakfast made from local produce was the perfect start to our days.

We travel frequently for business and leisure, including the UK and France. Our stay at Woodside was by far the best of this trip. Linda's breakfasts were the finest we had from all four hotels we stayed at. The variety and quality were exceptional. The flat had a stunning view and was warm and comfortable. Linda's shortbreads were a delightful touch. This special place is conveniently located near St Andrews.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had the most enjoyable stay at this retreat. Linda, the hostess, was incredibly kind and welcoming. The afternoon baked treats were a delightful touch, and the rooms were spacious and modern. The calming decor and beautiful view added to the overall experience, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Linda's knowledge of the local area was impressive, and she provided all the necessary information for a great stay. The location was also convenient, just a short drive to town and the golf courses.

I wished I could have stayed longer than just the weekend.

our second stay in st andrews was made even more memorable by the wonderful experience we had at woodside. the owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home, with their warmth and attention to detail. from the stunning views to the cozy and modern apartment, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. we didn't want to leave and already miss it!
