I had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast. The beds were super comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hosts were incredibly polite and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The views from the hotel were absolutely gorgeous, offering a picturesque setting. The hotel had various amenities including a full and mini bathroom, both well-stocked with basic necessities and plenty of extra towels. Additionally, this hotel was conveniently located, with several walking trails nearby, one of which was suggested by a friendly neighbor.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs as it was close to a nice beach where I could take leisurely walks in the evenings. it was conveniently located near restaurants and convenience stores, which made it easy for me to grab a quick bite or any necessities I needed. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the ocean, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the owners was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served was delicious and made for a great start to my day.

One aspect that could have been improved was the lack of coat hangers in the closet. It would have been more convenient to have them readily available.

As bike riders, we absolutely loved the nearby walking trails and the stunning views of the lagoon, ocean, and city. The host was accommodating and provided us with a free upgrade to a Deluxe Queen Suite with a wonderful view.

I had a great stay at Hov B&B House. the host was extremely accommodating when there was a mix-up with my reservation, which I really appreciated. He was also very outgoing and enjoyable to talk with. the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect for my needs, being close to Royal Roads University. the breakfast was delicious and had a stunning view from the dining room. the surrounding area was beautiful, with plenty of walking trails to explore. a nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hov B&B House -Hospitality Ocean View. Our room had a comfy bed and although it was a basement room, the shared bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with eco-friendly toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with croissants, eggs, bacon-wrapped potatoes, and fresh fruit. The ocean view from the common areas and some rooms was breathtaking. The Korean couple who runs the hotel were friendly and talkative. The location was quiet and perfect for morning jogs. a fantastic experience.

One minor disappointment was that the room I stayed in was below ground level and quite small. It felt more like a spare room on the back side of the house.

The location was in a lovely rural area with many walking trails, and it was convenient to park at the top of the hill and explore the nearby beach and surrounding area.

The back deck is perfect for enjoying the view of ships in the bay. The breakfast is delightful, served at a big dining room table with windows all around. Great for bike riders.
