The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was fantastic, with comfortable beds, modern decor, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby food options and a Tesco supermarket just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay hassle-free.

Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety and options. The high street area around the hotel was not the safest at night, so caution is advised when venturing out after dark.

We stayed at the Kspace apartment for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Located in the heart of the city, just a 5-minute walk from Sheffield University, it was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. The apartment itself was cozy, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host, Ben, was always available and even provided tea, coffee, and milk upon our arrival. The underground parking was a great option as well. We will definitely be returning.

We had an amazing stay at the Sinclair Building. The apartment was stylish and beautifully finished, perfect for a couple of nights away. The bed and bathroom were absolutely amazing, providing excellent comfort. We appreciated the useful information folder and the thoughtful touches like tea/coffee, cereal bars, and milk provided. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, and equipment. The location on West Street was perfect for us, as it was a minute away from our favorite bars and restaurants on Division Street. It was also easy to access restaurants and Tesco's. The value for money was fantastic, as we got a whole apartment for the same price as a hotel, with more space and the ability to make our own food.

The spacious room with a well-organised kitchen and all necessary amenities made our stay enjoyable. The comfortable bed and two bathrooms were perfect for our family. The living room provided a cozy space to hang out and share meals. The owners were responsive and helpful. It felt like staying in a hotel suite with plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels provided. We felt at home and would definitely stay here again.

the Kspace @ the Sinclair Building provided a great atmosphere and was conveniently located near restaurants and a Tesco's. the best part was the exceptional value for money; we got a whole apartment for the price of a hotel room. the modern amenities, including a balcony, blu ray player, and big TV, made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was also perfect for exploring the Peak District. the staff, especially Drew, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us with printing our boarding passes. I can't wait to book again next year for the snooker world championships.
