The stay was perfect for my weekend getaway and Lamplighter had everything I needed. The location was fantastic, with parking permits that allowed me to easily find a spot close to the guesthouse. The staff went above and beyond, giving us a warm welcome and being pet-friendly. The room was clean and bright, with comfortable beds and nice shower facilities. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience made me feel safe and satisfied with my visit to Plymouth.

Staying at this hotel was just what I needed for a quick stay in Plymouth. the staff were amazing and really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the location is superb, being so close to the city center, restaurants, the Hoe, and the Barbican. the breakfast was great and the very friendly host made sure we were well-fed to start our day. the housekeeping was top-notch, and everything was clean and tidy. I felt safe and comfortable with my dog, as the hotel allowed pets.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the size of the rooms. They were a bit cramped, and it would have been nicer to have more space to move around.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable room with everything needed. the location is second to none, close to the city center and tourist attractions. the host is very accommodating and knowledgeable, providing necessary information. the breakfast offered is delicious and fulfilling. We were asked daily if we needed any assistance and were offered parking permits at a fair price.

The room description was confusing, as the "double room with private bathroom" had a single bed and a shower inside, while the toilet was outside the room. there were scaffolding outside the window, though it seemed like the owner was waiting for us to leave.
