The staff went above and beyond, giving us a warm welcome and being pet-friendly. The room was clean and bright, with comfortable beds and nice shower facilities. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience made me feel safe and satisfied with my visit to Plymouth.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable room with everything needed. The location is second to none, close to the city center and tourist attractions. The host is very accommodating and knowledgeable, providing necessary information. The breakfast offered is delicious and fulfilling. We were asked daily if we needed any assistance and were offered parking permits at a fair price.

The room description was confusing, as the "double room with private bathroom" had a single bed and a shower inside, while the toilet was outside the room. , there were scaffolding outside the window, though it seemed like the owner was waiting for us to leave.
