The location of the guest house is perfect, within walking distance of everything. It's close to the local shops and only a few steps away from the sea front. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are comfy. The breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious. There is also an honesty bar and fridge available for drinks.

The wardrobe space in the rooms is limited, which might be inconvenient for longer stays.

The room was clean and well-presented, with a nice touch of having sweets by the bedside. The location was also great, being close to the seafront and within walking distance of the pier and town. The mini bar outside the room was convenient, with reasonable prices and a good selection of snacks.

There was some traffic noise in the mornings when the windows were open, which was a bit bothersome. finding parking was a bit tricky due to the crowded town and limited on-street parking options.

The location was good, the room was clean and well-decorated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

The heating in the room was not very effective during our stay in December, which made it very cold and uncomfortable. while we appreciated some aspects of our stay, the coldness of the room and lack of Christmas spirit left us feeling disappointed.

I had a great stay at a beautiful Victorian guesthouse with stunning sea views. The room was clean, beautifully furnished, and had a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was superb, and the owners were welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it. I'll definitely be staying again and recommending this hotel.

We were delighted with our stay at Langtons Bed & Breakfast. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to have breakfast together with our daughter who is at university nearby. The food was delicious with plenty of choices. The room was beautifully decorated with a lovely view of the sea. We also appreciated the well-stocked tea and coffee tray and the free DVDs available for borrowing. The breakfast selection was excellent and the honesty bar was a nice touch. The location was great, with a kids play area just across the road and a short walk to the town center. we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Langtons Bed & Breakfast.

The rooms were a good size and spotlessly clean. The tea/coffee making facilities and cold drinks being available paid for via an honesty pot were nice touches. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly and very hot. The choice at the breakfast bar was great, with cereals, fruit, yogurt, and fruit juices.
