The location of this hotel was fantastic, with everything we needed just a short walk away. We were close to the town centre, the beach, and plenty of attractions. It made exploring the area so easy and convenient. the rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The staff were also friendly and helpful, providing a delicious breakfast to start our day.

That the staircase was quite narrow and the stair lift bulky, making it a bit difficult to navigate with luggage.

Great value for money! The room was lovely, nicely decorated, and spacious with plenty of storage. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Winter Gardens, Tower, and Ballroom. The owner, Vaughan, was very accommodating and friendly.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better would be to have a mini fridge in the room for keeping drinks and snacks.

I recently had a brilliant stay at this hotel, and there were several aspects that stood out to me. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the reasonable prices for such great service and facilities. The attention to detail was also impressive, from the clean and comfortable rooms with comfy beds to the ample hot beverages provided. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions. I was very pleased with the service and staff at this hotel.

The location was central and convenient, near town center, Winter Gardens, beach, and Pleasure Beach. The hosts were incredible, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special. The dining room was spacious and breakfast had plenty to offer. an excellent stay!

had an amazing relaxing spa holiday in Blackpool and Lumada surpassed my expectations! The location was perfect, with Coral Island and the main shopping center just across the street. The owner, Wendy, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast options were great, although having someone solely dedicated to cooking would be a nice addition.

The location is central and convenient, but not noisy. It was the perfect base for our family for a couple of nights.
