The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the area on foot. The house itself was immaculate, with beautiful furnishings and a charming courtyard garden that was perfect for our dog. We were pleasantly surprised to find that everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to bathroom supplies, was provided. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location of the house is ideal, with many great restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. there is convenient access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. The bedrooms are surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen has all the necessary facilities for cooking, and the bathrooms have both a spacious bathtub and an excellent shower.

One small inconvenience was the presence of a communal garbage bin right outside the house, which sometimes resulted in an unsightly pile of rubbish in the mornings.

Our recent stay at Larkin House was fantastic. The location was ideal for exploring the charming town and we loved that our two dogs were welcome too. The host was easily reachable and provided plenty of helpful information. We particularly enjoyed the great restaurants in town and the short drive to the stunning Camber Beach. we highly recommend Larkin House for a perfect base in Rye.

We had a fantastic stay at Larkin House Villa. the location was perfect, with easy walking distance to the center of town and great bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the well-priced and easily accessible parking. the house itself was cozy and beautifully furnished, with two bathrooms that were ideal for our group of friends. We especially loved the bonus of the courtyard, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the nice weather. the house had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom supplies. We were also grateful for the good quality hairdryer provided. the owner was very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to bring our dog and even decorating the house with a Christmas tree. it was a warm, comfortable, and stylishly decorated property that we thoroughly enjoyed.
