This place is in a fantastic location, right on the seafront and near both the Promenade and the very lengthy Pier. It's so convenient to be close to everything you may need in Llandudno. The staff here are incredibly helpful and always available. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a modern and bright decor. There are cozy sitting rooms where you can relax and unwind. They also have some cool gadgets like lighting and charging facilities that add to the luxurious experience.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, right by the pier and cable cars. The sea view from our room was a lovely bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the thoughtful touches for our toddler during meals.
