My stay at Alesia - Boutique Hotel & Spa was delightful. The customer service was excellent, with attentive and responsive staff. The spacious and clean bedroom provided a comfortable retreat. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from the accessible and comfortable pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

The lobby and garden were beautiful, and the beds were comfortable enough. the hotel had two pools, although both were dirty. One was cold, and the other was not clean, but it had a relaxing spa salt. the hotel's location was not very safe, but it had a good view of the surrounding area. One advantage was that the hotel had a restaurant, but it had very few options to eat and drink.

The staff/service was below expectations, and the check-in and check-out processes were long and tedious. the parking lot was dirty and had an ant hole, which made getting on and off the vehicle uncomfortable.
