Friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, convenient location, beautiful surroundings, and lovely garden.

The owners were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional, and the location was peaceful. Our room, although without an ensuite bathroom, had sole use of a spacious and luxurious bathroom. The garden was a lovely place to relax, and the hosts made us feel welcome.

I've never stayed in a B&B before, but Lawson Cottage exceeded my expectations. Lyn and Ian were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was cozy and well-equipped with all the necessities, including a variety of hot beverages and biscuits. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with options ranging from cereals to a delicious full English cooked breakfast. The location was perfect, surrounded by a beautiful garden and within walking distance to a lovely pub. We're already planning our return visit next year!

I had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B in an idyllic village. The room was tastefully decorated, spacious, and had a powerful shower with lovely toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Norfolk beaches and the broads. I highly recommend this B&B for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our family had a fantastic weekend getaway at Lawson Cottage. The family room was stunning, with a cozy bed and CBeebies for our daughter. The breakfast was excellent, with scrumptious poached eggs and a delicious English breakfast. Ian even showed our daughter their adorable puppies. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away and a nature reserve within walking distance. The local pub, the Greyhound Inn, served a delightful meal. We had a lovely time and would definitely return.

The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. Family room was well-appointed with plenty of storage and TV in both rooms. Breakfast had a great variety, including options for vegetarians and fresh coffee. Off-road parking available and located in a quiet area. Enjoyed meals at a nearby pub.

The room was beautiful and modern with everything we needed for a romantic escape. We were pleased to find tea making facilities and a comfortable bed. The location was great for exploring the local area and we found some lovely pubs nearby. One of the best aspects was the delicious breakfast with plenty of choice.

The noise from downstairs kept us up late at night, which was the worst aspect of our stay. We could hear laughing and talking, which was a shame as we had hoped for a peaceful getaway.

Idyllic large garden with outdoor seating. Hosts attentive, offering helpful brochures and delicious, hearty breakfast. Convenient location near coast and local pub, short drive to Norwich. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the nearby attractions. We were able to visit the largest nature reserve in the area, as well as enjoy the beautiful beaches just a short drive away. the village pub was conveniently located and served excellent food. Another advantage was the friendly and accommodating hosts who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The lack of a sitting/TV room, as some guests may prefer a dedicated space for relaxation. the shared bathroom shown in the photos was not the same as the en-suite bathroom in our room, which was a bit misleading.
