The staff truly made our stay enjoyable, quickly resolving a misunderstanding with grace. The superior studio was well-equipped and the bed remarkably comfy. Location-wise, we found it convenient with bus stops and the metro nearby, making our city explorations stress-free. A quiet terrace was a lovely touch to unwind after our adventures.

the staff were almost as helpful as they could be, but the air conditioning was awful, completely central and just not working. the only good part was the mini kitchen, but without proper linens, my stay was utterly ruined. i can't believe i didn't even get a welcome gift for my troubles, which would've definitely been a nice touch.
