The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. the breakfast was delicious and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room tidy.

The room was quite small for a double, and it was uncomfortable having the bed pushed against the wall. the windows didn't open very much and there was no air conditioning, so it got stuffy in the room.

Additionally, there is easy parking available.

There have been a few minor maintenance issues that should be addressed, such as a loose towel rail in one of the rooms.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the dinner at the restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing, beautifully presented, and truly a fine dining experience. We felt like royalty with the incredible hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the spotlessly clean room and ensuite shower room to the thoughtfully provided toiletries and chilled bottles of water. The included breakfast was of a very high standard, with a proper pot of English breakfast tea and a delicious full English breakfast that left us perfectly satisfied. The friendly and welcoming service from the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend Le Bouchon Brasserie & Hotel for both business and pleasure.
