The room was amazing - beautifully decorated and spacious. It was a great place to spend Christmas. the location was key, with easy access to public transport and a bus stop nearby for the Harry Potter Studios tour. We also saved a lot of money by staying outside of central London and taking a £13 return trip into the city. Plus, the bed was big and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The stained glass door in the bathroom was a bit strange, especially if you're sharing the room with a friend. Cars were parked haphazardly, blocking other cars in, and it was difficult to find a spot when we arrived late in the evening.

The apartment itself was clean and well-furnished, with everything in working order. The shared facilities with the adjacent Holiday Inn were a bonus. The Wi-Fi connection was also excellent.

The location was excellent, with a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away and a range of shops, bars, and family-friendly restaurants in Watford town, which was only a 10-minute walk from the apartments. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay worry-free, providing helpful and professional service. The convenience of being connected to the Holiday Inn next door was an added bonus, offering the option to dine in their restaurant if we didn't feel like cooking. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Watford Junction railway station where the Harry Potter bus departs. The staff were welcoming and we were able to check in early. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen and easy access to amenities. We loved having breakfast in the room and being on the seventh floor gave us great views.

The room was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the large television and comfortable bed. the bathroom had a powerful and hot shower that was perfect after a long day of exploring the city. the location of the hotel was great, as it was walking distance to all the nightlife areas and public transportation was easily accessible.

There was no staff present at the reception desk when we arrived, and we had to go to a nearby hotel for assistance. we were not informed of the £50 deposit required upon check-in, which was an unexpected surprise.

We had a fantastic stay at Oyo Livin' Serviced Apartments. The location was ideal, with the train station just a short walk away for easy access to attractions like the Harry Potter Studios. The flexibility of a late check-in and shared reception with the Holiday Inn made things very convenient. The breakfast and lounge area were also enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as uncomfortable bedding and the need for better control over the heating, our overall experience was positive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
