We had a wonderful stay at Leamington House Bed & Breakfast. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Our room was bright and had an amazing view of the beach and sea. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, trains, and other amenities. The cooked breakfast was delicious, and it brought back fond childhood memories of toast and marmalade. The cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel were impressive, and we especially loved the butterfly-themed bedspread. it was a fantastic weekend and we look forward to returning in the future.

One downside to this hotel is the lack of storage space in the bathroom. There is nowhere to put anything or hang damp towels or clothes from the beach.

We really got great value for our money at Leamington House in Barmouth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the sea. The location was perfect, close to the town and the beach. The staff were welcoming, genuine, and always ready to help without being intrusive.

The morning meal could have been improved with some healthier options like fruit and yogurt.
