We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, just outside of the normal lakes accommodation area. It was quiet and provided enhanced comfort. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and we felt very well taken care of. We also enjoyed the convenient amenities such as the flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and cozy sitting area. The hotel's dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, offering a delicious selection of meals and drinks. We also appreciated the picnic area/tables, perfect for enjoying an outdoor meal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming inn located conveniently near Oxenholme railway station. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for my solo trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast each morning was satisfying and offered a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the inn's location allowed for easy access to Kendal town centre and the nearby train station.

I did experience some disappointment with the dinner options at the inn. The undercooked fish and steak were less than satisfactory, leaving me with a less than enjoyable dining experience.

The building was lovely and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the location was great for exploring both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. Plus, the hotel was dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear the activities of the neighboring room, which was embarrassing. it would have been nice to have more breakfast options, like fruits, in addition to the cereal and cooked breakfast options available.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel - it's so close to the train station which is great when you don't have a car. The fact that it is between the pub and the accommodation made it so convenient to grab a drink or a meal whenever I wanted. The breakfast served in the conservatory was excellent, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Convenient location in a bustling area. the charity firework night was great fun and beautifully lit the night sky. the large and comfortable room offered great facilities.
