I had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B surrounded by rolling hills and lovely views. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a fresh bottle of water every day. The breakfast in the conservatory was delicious and the views were breathtaking. The location was perfect, with easy access to Culloden Muir battlefield, castles, and Inverness. I highly recommend this B&B for a wonderful and peaceful stay.

I had such a wonderful stay at this place! The location on a farm was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the countryside. It was so nice to be able to visit the farm and see the sheep herding demonstration. The room was clean and cozy, with lovely tweed tartans and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the ironing facilities and the sitting area where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, with plenty of options to choose from. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

This place is simply wonderful! We had an amazing stay here, surrounded by beautiful green fields and rolling hills. The location on a farm added a unique touch to our experience, as we could visibly see the animals and even witness a sheepdog demonstration. The spacious and immaculate bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a sitting area and ironing facilities. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with homemade scones that were the best we've ever had, and the view from the breakfast conservatory was simply breathtaking.

Our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. We particularly enjoyed the stunning view from the breakfast room and the complimentary refrigerator in the room. the hotel's proximity to a historic site was a great benefit.

The room we stayed in had no view and was located next to the front door, resulting in noisy foot traffic and cars parked directly outside our window. the adjoining bathroom to a kitchen/utility room made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.

leanach farm bed & breakfast was a delightful surprise during valentine's day. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful countryside and only a short drive from inverness. the breakfast, prepared with farm-fresh ingredients, was delicious and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. staying here exceeded all our expectations.
