I really enjoyed my stay at this fantastic hotel. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and my 7-year-old daughter had a blast in the Lego friends room. The treasure hunt in the room was a nice touch and kept her entertained. The swimming pool was fantastic, although there could have been more showers available. The staff were helpful and solved a potential issue with ease.

We had a fantastic time staying here for our son's birthday. The themed rooms were a huge hit with our kids, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, right opposite the beautiful lake area and close to the restaurant. On top of that, the room amenities were great, with everything we needed including tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV. The staff were always available and helpful. Despite a small hiccup with the hand wash in the main hotel, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The room was perfect for our family, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The kids absolutely loved the treasure hunt and the Lego-themed characters in the hotel. The staff were lovely and the breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. it was a great family hotel stay.

That the children's entertainment in the evening was more suited for younger kids, but my 10-year-old son still enjoyed the PS4 hubs and the brick pits in the lounge. The cinema room played a Lego movie on repeat, which wasn't really his taste.

The surprise in the safe for kids was a nice touch. Short wait times at the park in June. Staff, especially Alyna, went above and beyond in the restaurant. Comfortable beds and fun game to find the toy. Impressive Lego statues throughout the property.

Great value for money, especially during the off-season. The rooms were quiet and I had a fantastic night's sleep. The staff were super friendly and there was Lego everywhere to keep the little ones entertained. The treasure hunt in the room was a great touch! The swimming pool was fantastic and the evening activities kept the kids entertained. The location was convenient, with a 15-minute bus ride to central Windsor.

Food for breakfast could have been hotter.

I had an absolutely magical experience at this hotel. The lego themed rooms, lifts, and restaurants were spellbinding. The little treasure hunt in the room for my son to complete was such a fun touch. The entertainment team was still there to play games with the children, even though it was quiet when we stayed. The lobby was so exciting, and the self-check-in system was easy peasy.

All staff were very friendly and helpful, but some seemed to lack decision-making power or proper training in small things that would show they really care about hospitality. There were a few instances where they kept shouting "service" instead of handling situations calmly.

We loved the themed decor and the bunk beds for the kids. the buffet-style restaurant had a wide variety of food options, and the birthday cake they brought for my son was a lovely surprise. the hotel also had great facilities, including a Lego building room and a cinema room, which kept the kids entertained.
