The staff made our stay memorable, especially with such a warm welcome at check-in! Location is super convenient, just a short stroll from the station!

The breakfast options were limited and ran out quickly. I also encountered confusion with my luggage when retrieving it post-checkout, which was frustrating!

the room was a absoluteley disappointing with grimy shower conditions and marked walls, not what I’d expect. after all that I thought maybe a complimentary drink at the bar woudl ve been nice, but alas, only bottled beers were available—like, hello! ? I was almost ready to leave a good review, but just couldn’t with these issues.

For a unique touch, check out the live entertainment in the bar area. it adds a vibrant atmosphere to your evening.

The check-in process was painfully slow!!! Room access was a headache with pesky key card issues!!! Signage for hotel access was confusing, leading to frustration upon arrival!!!

Our stay started off on a high note with a warm welcome and immediate check-in. The staff here are exceptional—big shoutout to Jasmine! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfy, making for a delightful retreat. Location-wise, it’s a mere 10-minute walk from the train station! Definitely worth a revisit!

The breakfast was pretty good, but getting up early was the key! ! I had a great time navigating the buffet and meeting some eccentric fellow guests. One of the staff even helped me figure out the best places to go exploring in the area!

the room was super clean nd spacious, comfy beds made my sleep great! the bar area in the reception had a nice vibe, and the staff was really friendly nd helpful, especially luna and neelam, they made us feel welcomed for sure. check-in was easy too, we had a drink while we waited, which was cool.

but the air con was confusing at first and the noise from the water system at early hours was really annoying.

The stay featured clean, spacious accommodations with exceptional blackout curtains ensuring no disturbances. Breakfast offered a great selection throughout the morning, and the homemade Majorcan products stood out as particularly tasty. However, the restaurant experience during a special occasion was disappointing. the limited menu and unavailability of key items like salmon and steak greatly affected the dining experience.

staying at leonardo hotel manchester piccadilly was a fantastic experience. the decor was stunning and exceeded our expectations. the bed in the king room was super comfy, and everything was spotless. the location is perfect, with ubers just a minute away. we loved the on-site gym too, which was a nice bonus during our stay.
