I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They assisted me with practicing my Spanish and provided recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel is located just off the main square, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful place to rest after a long day of activities. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with options like pancakes and yogurt in addition to the standard eggs. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, location close to the main square, breakfast, and staff were the best aspects of my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Plaza! The hotel's elegant style made us feel like we were in a small home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The courtyard was a beautiful spot to relax, and the breakfasts in the small restaurant were absolutely fabulous. The chef, Jorge, had an extraordinary gift for creating dishes with perfect balance and individual aromatic ingredients that sang. We also appreciated their help in reserving our bus back to Pereira, even finding a solution when we had the wrong location.

The hotel had a stunning and comfortable building, just like the pictures showed. It was truly a beautiful sight. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, going out of their way to assist us. They even spoke English, which made communication much easier. They helped us book a tour to a coffee farm, which was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right around the corner from the main square. Despite being in the center, it was surprisingly quiet because the rooms faced the internal patio. The breakfast offered a great selection of options, including croissants, pancakes, and granola with yoghurt. It was a great way to start the day.

There was some noise from the hustle and bustle of Salento, but it wasn't a major issue. It quieted down during the night, and I didn't have trouble sleeping.

I had the best stay at a hotel in Salento. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main square, yet secluded enough to avoid any noise. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the spacious rooms were well-designed. The staff went above and beyond for me, from recommending great restaurants in the area to printing out my flight tickets. The breakfast provided was delicious and made to order, with hot pastries and fresh fruits.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was a blast! the complimentary champagne and party hats were a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main plaza and all of the Willy Jeeps. It was also nice to have a complimentary breakfast every morning to start the day off on the right foot. the highlight, however, was the beautiful garden where you could sit and relax after a day of exploring.

That the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some modernization. Everything was clean and tidy, but it would have been nice to have some more modern amenities.

This hotel is located right near the central square of the town, so it is very conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast served at this hotel was absolutely amazing – the coffee was the best we had in our entire stay.
