Over Christmas, we stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location, set in stunning gardens and with beautiful views of the surrounding area. Hand sanitizers were conveniently placed around the hotel to ensure good hygiene practices. The lady in charge of the hotel is always smiling despite being extremely busy and the room was spotlessly clean. the breakfast offered was top quality with the best ingredients.

We did notice that the room we stayed in did not have a view of the front garden or nearby lake, which we thought was a shame. we did have a bit of a problem with flying ants in the room, but the hotel staff responded quickly to the issue and sorted it out efficiently.
