We had a wonderful stay at a charming bed & breakfast by Lough Neagh. the hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Despite being in a rural location, the room was quiet and we slept well. the breakfast of fruit, toast, and cereal was delicious, and we enjoyed chatting with our host Edwin over endless cups of coffee. the surrounding area was beautiful, with stunning sunsets and a peaceful atmosphere. We even had the opportunity to join in a Friday evening gathering with Edwin, his partner, friends, and neighbors, giving us a taste of Northern Irish society. Irish people are truly the friendliest in the world. We can't wait to visit again and bring a token of appreciation from our country.

The location is beautifully tucked away, providing a peaceful and quiet setting for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with ensuite shower rooms that have powerful showers. The breakfast options are delicious, with homemade bread and jam, and excellent coffee. The friendly hosts and affordable prices make this a perfect choice for budget travelers.

Some rooms may be on the smaller side, but for a short stay, it is still an excellent option.

My husband and I were delighted with our stay at Lisieux House. The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The homemade jam at breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real treat. The location, right on the Lough, was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time at the nearby pub with its stunning views. This place was a real gem and we can't wait to return.

What a charming place! The 200-year-old farmhouse and organic garden were delightful. The hosts were so welcoming and the fresh bread for breakfast was a treat. I'd happily stay here again.

Oh, what a shame. No shops to stroll to, but hey, who needs convenience when you have peace and tranquility?

We had the most wonderful Christmas at this cozy hotel by the lake. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family. We loved the natural and homey feeling of the place, and the fact that there were no pretenses made it even better. The breakfast was all organic and we even got to enjoy freshly baked bread. The tranquil surroundings and beautiful sunset view were a plus. The hosts also provided us with great recommendations for nearby attractions, such as hiking trails and local restaurants. a truly delightful experience.

The difficulty of finding the hotel in the dark as the road signs were not clearly visible. However, this was not the fault of the hotel and we can imagine it being easier to find during daylight. Also, being in the middle of nowhere, there were some flies around which is to be expected. Nevertheless, we would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and peaceful break from the city.

We got great value for our money at Lisieux House On Lough Neagh. Despite the small size, the room was adequate for our one-night stay. The location was perfect, with a 1-minute walk to the lough, providing a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Edwin, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family from the start.

The breakfast selection could have been better with a wider variety of options.
