Had a great stay at this cozy village hotel. The room was comfortable and had an excellent shower. The food in the restaurant was superb - well-prepared and delicious. The bar had a nice atmosphere for enjoying a drink. The staff in the mornings were efficient and breakfast was plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, with individually prepared dishes, including perfectly poached eggs. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a bar where I could unwind after a long day.

That the menu for dinner was a bit limited, but the food was tasty nonetheless.

The breakfast options were delicious, especially the smoked haddock and poached egg, as well as the veggie breakfast. The staff even made a fresh fruit salad to order when they realized they had forgotten to prepare it. The Aperol Spritzer with Rhubarb from the bar was beautifully crafted.

There was a nice outside area and plenty of parking available. The hotel also had a restaurant at the back of the property which served delicious food.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was simply wonderful. I must mention the poached eggs, which were cooked EXACTLY as I had requested. I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and service provided by this hotel.

The room was a little cramped for tall people, with sloping ceilings and no wardrobes. the lack of a door on the bathroom was awkward for privacy.

After a tiring journey, my wife and I were warmly welcomed at the hotel. the attentive staff took great care of us, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the room was immaculate, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. I must mention the exceptional breakfast, which was truly one of the best I've had in a long time. Little Downham Anchor made our weekend away even more wonderful.
