The snack bar was a flavor explosion! From mouthwatering cookies to refreshing cocktails, they kept us fueled for park-hopping. The attentive staff and convenient location stole our hearts, making us plan our return already.

Although the towels and sheets needed a prompt request, a stray braid in the hot tub didn't dampen our morning soak. A scheduled cleaning time could sprinkle extra magic.

The location was perfect, just minutes away from major attractions like Universal Studios and a short drive to Disney. The room was comfortable, but parking fees and breakfast costs added up. The free shuttle to Universal Studios was a major perk, and we loved the on-site restaurants and easy access to nearby dining options. However, noise from nearby rooms and elevators was a downside. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation, and the hotel's proximity to Universal Orlando Resort, Islands of Adventure, and other landmarks made our family bonding time unforgettable.

The room I stayed in was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the lighting was good. I had a pleasant stay. Although parking was a bit pricey, I enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the theme park. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Orlando.
