The rooms were large and comfortable, with better showers than our own at home. The lounge had a great selection of games, books, a piano, and a guitar, which our kids absolutely loved. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of cereals, toast, preserves, fresh coffee. We also appreciated the freedom to come and go as we pleased. The communal living area was a great place for our children to interact with other guests. Additionally, the location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of activities to do nearby. Our kids, aged 10, 7, and 2, enjoyed their stay here even more than being at home. We are already planning to visit again next year.

During our stay at the hostel, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. The bedrooms, although basic, were comfortable, and the dining area was nice and airy. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, making it convenient for cooking. The friendly atmosphere and affordable prices made this hostel an excellent choice for budget-conscious holiday makers like us. The location was central, with free parking available after 5 pm. we had a great experience and would recommend this place to others.

Great location, right in the heart of town. Friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The breakfast options were simple but plentiful. The shower in our room was surprisingly spacious and enjoyable. The car park at the back of the property made parking convenient. The price was very reasonable for what you get.

Noise from other guests could be an issue, especially if you have young children trying to sleep early. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak, but at least we had a decent 4G connection to use instead.

The hostel warden was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even when we arrived late. the hostel itself was beautifully maintained with a lovely front garden and clean, comfortable bedrooms. the beds had clean linen and the bathrooms were fresh. We were even offered an upgraded room. the location was great, close to a car park where we could park for free. the Italian restaurant we tried in town served the best food we had all week in Wales. it was a wonderful experience and we wish we could have stayed longer!

I had a wonderfully warm and comfortable stay at this place, it felt more like a hotel than a hostel! The Victorian villa was beautifully decorated and our en-suite family room was spacious and cozy. The owners were welcoming and friendly. The large and well-appointed kitchen area for residents was a great convenience. This is now my preferred place to stay in Llangollen!

The only downside we could find was that there were some other residents using the facilities allocated to our room. However, the hotel quickly addressed the issue by putting up signs to ensure that the facilities were reserved for our use only.

The hostel is centrally located, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and attractions. It is right opposite the M'eating Room cafe, perfect for delicious breakfasts. guests can enjoy being close to all the lovely restaurants in the area.

The attic rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, especially on Friday nights, due to the main road outside.

The hostel we stayed at over the weekend was in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see. the staff were nice and helpful and the beds were quite comfortable. We really appreciated the fact that the room was equipped with a new TV and we enjoyed being able to use the free Wi-Fi.

Our overall experience was not perfect. There was no breakfast provided and we had to find our own food each morning.
