We had a bit of trouble finding this place due to roadworks, but once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by its location away from the hustle and bustle. It was quite convenient that it was close to the area we wanted to stay in. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing great service throughout our stay. They even offered us a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a beautiful terrace with comfy garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the lovely weather.

We were delighted by the breathtaking view of fields and horses from our window, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Despite being an inn, noise was never an issue in our room. The food at the inn was exceptional, with a variety of options for those with gluten intolerances. Breakfast was perfect and the evening dinner was even better. The location, although remote, was exactly what we were looking for, with a charming garden suburb and nearby forest footpaths. The renovated old building added a unique touch to the overall experience, although the height of the hall may be a bit low for taller individuals. The pub had a cozy atmosphere, with friendly and attentive staff, and a great selection of tasty food.

The three-course meal at the restaurant was outstanding, and I appreciated the option to access Netflix and other TV channels. a wonderful experience that I would not hesitate to repeat.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the great selection of food offered at the restaurant, accompanied by excellent service. the comfortable and cozy rooms were a plus, as well as the convenient location near local attractions. Another aspect that I enjoyed was the availability of free Wi-Fi, perfect for catching up on work or scrolling through social media.

There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail when it came to cleanliness, with dust and dirt noticeable in some areas of the room. the staff at times appeared to be disorganized and forgetful, with my requests and preferences not being properly recorded or followed up on.
