The staff at Lock & Key Hotel were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to address any issues I had during my stay. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city's attractions. The room itself was well heated and had all the necessary amenities. Despite a couple of minor design faults, it didn't hinder my enjoyment of the facilities. I had a great experience at Lock & Key Hotel and would recommend it to others.

We were delighted with our stay at Lock and Key Boutique Hotel. The location was unbeatable, allowing us to easily walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a charming industrial chic vibe. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a late checkout and even arranging for flowers and chocolates in our room. The brunch was delicious, and the bar had a cozy atmosphere. we highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful rooms, excellent location, and friendly staff.

Incredible staff, so friendly and helpful. the rooms are stunning, with a unique and classy Art Deco style. the beds are super comfortable, and the showers are fantastic. the location is perfect, with easy access to Liverpool 1 and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Plus, the interactive TV in the room is a great bonus!

We were also woken up early by loud building works outside our window. the older windows didn't keep out the traffic noise, which made it difficult to sleep in.
