The location was perfect, just outside of town and a short drive to Leeds Castle. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and gorgeous views. I recently had a delightful stay at a lovely hotel in Tenterden. The spa was fantastic, especially the women's only area, which provided a relaxing space for me and my friends to unwind. The hydra pool and swimming pool were also a highlight. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a plentiful supply of teas, coffees, and biscuits. The hotel's conservatory restaurant overlooked the beautiful golf course and the food was surprisingly amazing. The waiting staff, although mostly from abroad, were all very friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor criticisms, such as limited lounging space, the service and quality at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend a stay at this wonderful establishment.

The hotel failed to disclose that the spa and pool were closed to guests and only available to members. The room was not clean, with dirty floors and stained furniture.

Beautiful spa facilities, stunning views, and outstanding service. We were warmly welcomed upon check-in and assured that robes and slippers would be provided in our room. However, when we discovered they were missing, the staff quickly rectified the situation. Although there was a slight mishap when housekeeping entered our room unannounced, the issue was promptly addressed, and clean robes were provided. The receptionist was apologetic and promised to speak with her manager regarding the incident. The manager approached us the next day and confirmed that the cleaners corroborated our story. Although she claimed that time got away from them, she took full responsibility for the invasion of our privacy. Despite a delayed response to my follow-up call, the manager was eager to resolve the matter and promised to speak with the owner. Unfortunately, I did not receive a call back as promised, but I have recorded conversations and email documentation to support my complaint.

Despite this unpleasant encounter, the spa experience, treatment, and food were all fantastic. The staff, apart from this incident, were friendly and helpful.

Just returned from a lovely weekend getaway at this stunning location. The hotel is set amidst beautiful countryside and offers breathtaking views over the golf course. Our large room with a spacious balcony was simply delightful. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. The spa was fantastic, and for an extra £25, we enjoyed access until the next day. The generous breakfast and delicious evening meal at the hotel restaurant were highlights of our stay. Excellent value for money!

Fantastic spa with a great selection of amenities. The hydro pool and sauna were highlights, and the towels, robes, and slippers provided were a nice touch. The spa treatments were professional and top-notch, but be sure to book early as they can get busy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the golf course was a nice bonus.

The lack of deck chairs outside, especially during good weather. It would have been nice to relax outside and enjoy the stunning views.
