Lovely historical property, excellent breakfast, great atmosphere, friendly owners, well situated.

Nothing to fault.

The room was beautifully decorated with rustic beams and modern fittings, and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely sun terrace in the garden where I could relax with a glass of wine. The location was also perfect, as it was within walking distance of the town center and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were delicious.

I had a great stay at a quirky and friendly B&B. The historical building added to the charm and Tanya and Rob were welcoming hosts. The full breakfasts were amazing and I loved enjoying them in the beautiful courtyard. The rooms were clean and fans were provided to combat the heat. I highly recommend this hotel.

If you're tall like me, watch your head! The low beams in certain areas of the property can be a hazard.

Visitors can enjoy the beautiful courtyard in front of the residence and have a peaceful and quiet stay. Guests have praised the room facilities, including a lovely bathroom with the best towels seen in any hotel. The hosts are friendly and provide excellent service, with delicious breakfast options cooked to guests' requirements.

Some nearby buildings appear run down and under repair, which doesn't reflect the property itself.

I had such a great stay at this beautiful historic property in Shepton Mallet. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a sense of history. The hosts, Tanya and Robert, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect, with pubs, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. I got great value for my money and the staff made me feel right at home.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the breakfast selection. While the portions were large and the eggs were cooked perfectly, having more variety in the breakfast options would have been nice.

This Grade ll listed building is beautiful with modern facilities. High ceilings room, amazing owners, close to amenities and easy parking. Plenty of sockets, fridge, power shower, table and chairs for breakfast.

It seemed shabby and uninviting, which was a letdown considering the positive things we had heard.

What a fantastic weekend getaway! the cozy and stylish accommodation impressed us from the moment we arrived. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast choices, and the option for a take-away sandwich when leaving early. the attention to detail, such as the welcome Prosecco and chocolates, was a nice touch too.

The only thing we could possibly say is that we had to leave! We would have loved to stay longer and continue to enjoy the comfort and hospitality of this wonderful B&B.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was immaculate and looked brand new, with a beautiful ensuite. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfasts were delicious and could be served in our room upon request. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a lovely terrace where we enjoyed tea and biscuits upon arrival. The housekeeping service was top-notch, with our room being cleaned daily and all toiletries replenished. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
