The gardens at Castelo De Itaipava were absolutely stunning. I loved taking walks and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of delicious options. The staff was also very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve any issues that arose during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was very convenient, being close to the highway. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. The housekeeping was on point, ensuring that the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome drink upon arrival, and the happy hour offered a great selection of drinks. The room amenities, such as the air conditioning and mini-bar, added to the comfort of my stay. The terrace and patio were lovely areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel also provided free toiletries and had a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The on-site restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind.

Amazing service by the friendly and helpful staff who spoke English fluently. the breakfast provided was delicious and if included, a great value add. the property is beautiful and well maintained with lovely gardens and a serene ambience. the location is ideal as it's in close proximity to popular attractions and amenities.

The bathroom could have been cleaner and some areas had mould which was a bit uncomfortable. Noise was also a problem in certain areas of the property, particularly at night.

The ambiance is enchanting, resembling a moody castle with comfortable rooms. The surroundings offer great photo opportunities. The TV and air conditioning work well. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. A variety of dining options are available, including a bistro and casual service with burgers and pizzas.
