The customer service here was truly excellent, with staff who are not just paying lip service to customer service. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with four poster beds that added a touch of elegance. There were also great amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. the comfort and quality of this place were exceptional.

Honestly, I can't think of any cons to mention. This hotel is a gem that I would recommend to everyone.
