We loved our stay at The Rockley Hotel. The whole ambiance was fabulous, laid back but professional at the same time. The hosts made us very welcome and their humans were also really, really nice guys too. The cost of our room included breakfast, which was great value for money. The beds were really comfy and we had a fab night's sleep. The location was also perfect, very close to the seafront and we could even see the top of the tower. We would definitely stay at Rockley again.

We stayed at the Rockley for one night to attend a festival nearby. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the event and right by Coral Island arcade. The communication before our arrival was excellent and we were warmly welcomed with complimentary hot drinks. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the cleanliness was top-notch. They even provided a variety of hygiene products and refreshing beverages in our room. Breakfast was delicious and served promptly. Jamie and Dennis went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Fantastic company and a truly enjoyable stay.

loved this b&b in blackpool! hosts were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. room was spotless, cosy & comfortable. breakfast was tasty and they catered to all our needs. perfect location, right behind blackpool tower. already booked to return in july :) rockley exceeded our expectations!

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the promenade. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the complimentary water, biscuits, and toiletries in the room were a nice touch.

The building itself is a bit outdated, although the hosts mentioned that they are working on upgrading it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off the main promenade and close to all the tourist attractions. We loved how close it was to the town centre and the Tower. The hotel facilities were great, with comfortable and cosy beds. The breakfast was one of the best we've had, with a delicious fry up and a good selection of cereal. The staff, especially the owners, were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

The room we stayed in was small but had all the necessary facilities, including a clean kettle, hair dryer, ironing board, and even bottled water. The owners were extremely attentive and friendly, and the breakfast served was of high quality.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It is so close to all tourist attractions and located right in the centre of town. We were able to easily walk to the famous tower, shops, arcades, bars, and restaurants. The hotel is also conveniently close to the pier, where there are lots of amusements. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with little touches like tea, coffee, biscuits, shower gels, soaps, and hand sanitizer provided. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and well-stocked rooms that had all the necessary amenities. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, especially the scrambled eggs! The staff, including the owners, were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making our stay very comfortable and memorable. We especially loved the well-behaved dogs who greeted us.
