I stayed at this lovely homely hotel while on a work trip for a few days. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection to choose from. The owner, Patricia, was incredibly pleasant and took great care of me. The location, although unappealing at first, turned out to be a peaceful and beautiful park-like setting. Despite some noise from neighbors, my stay was enjoyable and excellent value for money.

I had a great stay at Love & Peace in Orpington! I was there for work and found the house to be clean and well-organized. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Pat, the host, was amazing - kind, intelligent, and lovely to talk with. The neighborhood was green and had some nice parks. staying at Love & Peace was a worthwhile experience.

The parking situation, as I would have preferred to have closer parking options. Additionally, there was a bit of confusion when trying to find the property initially, but the issue was quickly resolved with a call to the owner.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, with great facilities, including a fridge and microwave in the room. The location was perfect, with a stop close to the property in a lovely little grassy park. Transportation was a breeze, with easy access to the nearby railway station that took us straight into Victoria. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The hostess, Pat, is extremely welcoming and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Her vegetarian breakfast is outstanding, and the overall atmosphere is homely and comfortable.

The shower plumbing may be a bit tricky for those unfamiliar with UK hot water systems, but taking a warm bath instead is a viable option.

My stay at Love & Peace was like visiting a friend's place near Brands Hatch. Pat, the host, was incredibly welcoming and made sure that my stay was special.
