The gardens at Best Western Sysonby Knoll are absolutely lovely, offering a beautiful view across the valley. As a dog owner, I was pleased to find that my little furry friend was warmly welcomed with a blanket, bowl, and treats. The room itself was comfortable, with nice amenities like a high-quality hair dryer and ironing facilities. Moreover, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had an exceptional stay in a beautiful area with stunning views of the countryside. The rooms were amazing, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent service and even accommodating our request for an extra blanket late at night. The attached restaurant served delicious breakfasts and filling mains at great prices. A truly wonderful experience.

Some areas of the hotel had an unusual layout with additional steps, which made it difficult to access with luggage.

I gotta say, I got a great deal for my money at Best Western. The room was super comfy, especially with that surprisingly big bed for a single. And the location was beautiful, with a garden that stretched down to a little river. Plus, the staff was top-notch, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

The breakfast could have been better if they had more options. Just saying, a little more variety would have been nice.

The countryside view from the hotel was stunning. I loved sitting in the garden after breakfast and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and was definitely satisfying.
