A Romantic Retreat with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our two-night stay in a spacious deluxe room. The grounds were beautifully maintained, making walks enchanting, especially by the gardens. However, be prepared for a bit of a walk to breakfast in the mansion. it's lovely but muddy when it rains! Pack appropriate footwear for comfort.

I had a fun one-night stay enjoying great cocktails and a lovely upgrade to a spacious room, but breakfast service was disappointingly slow. I'd consider returning!

The grounds of the hotel are absolutely stunning, with

beautifully manicured gardens and wildlife including peacocks. However, some aspects of the rooms felt dated, and the breakfast experience was a bit rushed. Overall, it was memorable, especially the grand dining hall and friendly staff!

The hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful grounds. The spa was pure bliss, and the staff—especially Rebecca—were incredibly helpful, easing my rainy-day troubles with her kindness.

However, the breakfast was disappointing. both the food temperature and service speed left much to be desired. I also wished for a more lively atmosphere in the dining areas.

During my stay, I found the public areas to be quite worn and in need of updating, which was disappointing considering the hotel's reputation. The heating in the brasserie was not functioning, making our dinner uncomfortable. Additionally, I had to ask staff for help with directions constantly since there were no clear signs, which made navigating the property quite frustrating.

the grounds were stunning, and the country club deluxe room was spacious and modern. we loved the use of bicycles around the property, and the pool facilities were amazing. we had an exceptional spa day too, and the staff were super polite throughout our stay. it’s close to everything you might need.

The Italian strata at Luton Hoo was an absolute delight, bursting with flavor! After a scrumptious afternoon tea, I relaxed with a luxurious spa session. The grounds were breathtaking, with lovely gardens weaving throughout the estate.

However, finding my room was quite the adventure—definitely needs clearer signs around the property! Also, a bit of a letdown in the 19th Hole and Adams Brasserie with hardly any draft drinks available, including no Guinness or IPA.

We had a delightful time exploring the beautiful grounds, took relaxing strolls and enjoyed a lovely dinner with the family. The breakfast in the mansion house felt so special, it was way better than a crowded brasserie!

It wasn't exactly pocket change, but honestly, it felt worth it in the end.

The room was nice and spacious, but it felt a bit dated. The bed was super comfy though, which is a huge plus! The gardens were beautiful, especially with the peacock roaming around. Just wish the decor was a bit fresher, but it was cozy enough for our stay.
