As women traveling alone, we loved the beautiful location, full of wildlife and steeped in history. The Spa facilities were fabulous, and the staff were friendly and on it. The rooms were nice and fairly large, and we appreciated the good coffee machine and comfortable bed. The breakfast was unforgettable with a spectacular view.

We absolutely loved the beautiful grounds and properties of this hotel. The log fire in the mansion house created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The dinner in the brasserie, cocktails in the lounge, and breakfast were all delicious. The staff provided fantastic customer service, being very polite, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection, with quick and friendly service. The hotel complex had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed walking around the golf course and garden grounds. The spa facilities were clean and relaxing, and the rooms had everything we needed and more. it was a fantastic weekend stay and we will definitely be returning.

We stayed at a beautiful hotel, located in a stunning setting with a mix of ancient and new buildings. The Flower Garden annex provided a comfortable room with a modern bathroom. The staff, although lacking in training, were friendly and well-meaning. The spa and facilities were excellent, and the hotel's convenient location near Luton Airport was a bonus.

There were some issues with the check-in process, as our room was not ready until nearly 2 hours after the promised time.

The location of the hotel is one of its highlights, with stunning gardens and breathtaking buildings. One reviewer mentioned enjoying a spa weekend and being impressed by the beautiful surroundings. Lovely Hotel and Spa

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Luton. The country club and spa were just a short walk away, making it convenient to relax and unwind. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds were beautiful and there was plenty to explore. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruit and delicious smoked salmon. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a truly exceptional stay at this hidden gem. the staff at Hoo Hotel, Golf, and Spa were incredibly courteous and helpful, providing us with outstanding customer service. the spacious rooms were beautifully appointed, and we couldn't get enough of the comfortable bed and the best pillows we have ever slept on. the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, from the mouthwatering steak and seabass for dinner to the lovely breakfast selection. the breathtaking grounds, although we couldn't explore due to the weather, added to the overall beauty of the place. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities, which included a sauna, steam room, and a decent-sized pool and Jacuzzi. the in-house taxi shuttle was a convenient feature, and the late check-out request was graciously accommodated. our experience was simply fabulous, and we can't wait to return in the summer.

The hotel had beautiful and well-kept grounds, which created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the rooms were spacious, comfortable and included all necessary amenities. the location was great for exploring nearby attractions.

The spa was overcrowded and lacked a proper relaxation area, making it noisy and not very relaxing. the staff could have been more attentive and welcoming, which would have improved our overall experience.

I recently stayed at Luton Hoo for a golf weekend, and it was amazing. The hotel and grounds are stunning, with over 10,000 acres of beautiful land to explore. The staff were excellent, especially the helpful restaurant staff. They even provided a golf caddy/car for us to drive around the grounds, as my friend had an injured foot. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the communal rooms were simply stunning. I had a great experience at Luton Hoo.

Lots to do and beautiful grounds. Dog-friendly with own amenities. Comfy bed, croquet game available, lovely breakfast. Great swimming pool and jacuzzi. Excellent facilities and value. Local pub highly recommended for amazing food. Staff gracious and helpful. Stunning grounds and communal areas. very favorable impression. Great for a relaxing getaway.

This luxurious hotel is the perfect place to relax and indulge. the Spa & wellness centre is amazing, all my exclusive amenities needs were fulfilled. the service was impeccable, and the treatments were divine. the heated swimming pool and the sauna were other great amenities that this hotel has to offer. The surroundings are stunning, with a garden area and a picnic area/tables to enjoy the beautiful scenery while having lunch or tea. Cons: Unfortunately, the bar/lounge area was a bit crowded and the service was a little slow. it did not affect my overall experience at this venue.
