The room was spacious and had a great view of the city. the staff was friendly and accommodating, answering all of my questions. the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. the location was ideal, with everything I needed within a 20-minute walk.

The breakfast options were limited and there was no salad available. Service during breakfast was lacking as no one served us coffee and we had to clear our own table.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The breakfasts were a definite highlight, with a great selection of hot food, cereals, breads, and fruit. It was a convenient way to start the day. The suite amenities, such as the fridge, plates, cutlery, and paper towels, made it easy to handle any small meals or snacks we wanted. The location of the hotel was perfect, especially with its proximity to the train station. We had no trouble getting around and even made it to Soldier Field and the United Centre without any hassle.

We loved the full kitchen in our room. Saved money cooking homemade meals. The location was perfect, with attractions and the subway close by. The ladies at Guest Services were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was a plus that the kids enjoyed. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff at this downtown gem truly exceeded all expectations. From the friendly doorman to the attentive manager, every member of the team made our stay exceptional. They even went above and beyond to fulfill a fun request we had for a celebrity photo in our room. Plus, the spacious suite felt more like a cozy studio apartment, complete with a well-equipped kitchenette and comfy bed. The included breakfast was delicious and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot or via rideshare. We can't recommend this hotel enough!
