The evening meal could have been slightly better, but the breakfast was lovely. The cabaret was very good and we woke up to beautiful Christmas decorations. Good location and well-presented hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Blackpool and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, being very close to everything. We were able to easily access central pier and all the attractions. The room was comfortable, and despite it not being the biggest, it had all the necessities we needed for our stay. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room staff were fabulous, always ready to assist. We also appreciated the great entertainment provided. It was truly a memorable stay.

We did encounter one small issue with the car parking arrangements. It would be helpful if the hotel could better coordinate the parking situation to ensure all guests can easily access their vehicles without inconvenience.

Although there was a lack of suitable parking at the hotel, we managed to find alternative parking nearby. Additionally, the room size was a bit smaller than expected, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

There was a weird smell in the hall when we first arrived and the room was quite small. the noise from the entertainment was a bit too loud at night, making it difficult to sleep.

The hotel was located in a great spot, right near everything on the promenade. It was a good value for money with basic amenities, but the highlight was the attentive staff. We enjoyed our breakfast and evening meals while taking in the view. We also appreciated that the rooms were spacious with four beds available.
