I recently stayed at MacArthur House B&B in Wick for 3 nights during my North Coast 500 trip. The location was perfect, close to the town center yet on a quiet street. The B&B itself is a beautifully renovated classic Scottish row house, with spacious and immaculate guest rooms. The attention to detail is remarkable, from blackout blinds to a mini-fridge in the room. The full Scottish breakfast was absolutely delicious. Above all, Stewart, the host, was friendly and professional, making our stay memorable. Highly recommend!

Loved our New Year stay! The rooms were beautifully renovated, with a comfy bed and big en-suite. The location was perfect, close to the town center but on a quiet street. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Only downside was a slightly noisy refrigerator in the room at night, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to how great everything else was.

I recently stayed at the charming Macarthur House B&B in Wick for a couple of nights while exploring the North Coast. The location was excellent, easy to find with ample parking. The top-floor bedroom was cozy, well-equipped, and the bathroom was simply amazing with a luxurious bath and rainfall shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Stewart, the host, was friendly and accommodating, serving a delicious and hearty breakfast each morning. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area or traveling the NC500. Fantastic value for money too!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities such as a mini fridge stocked with milk and water, a large TV, and a variety of tea and coffee options. The breakfast was delicious, with the option to pre-order a full cooked breakfast that included homemade bread. The staff, particularly the host Stewart, were welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also great, very close to the harbour and near the town centre.

We couldn't recommend Macarthur House highly enough for a delightful and convenient stopover.
