A real home from home, we were made to feel really welcome at Chad Hill. The service couldn't be faulted, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nicely laid out, and the location was ideal for exploring the island. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, with easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We also enjoyed the beautifully cooked and well-presented evening meal, which was great value for money. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel is dog-friendly, and our furry friend was treated to a biscuit or two!

Clean and tidy rooms with comfy beds and hot showers. Beautiful patio area surrounded by trees, giving a peaceful atmosphere. Freshly cooked breakfast with personalized service. Large gravel car park with limited parking.

We loved how close the hotel was to the seafront and pier, just a short 10-15 minute walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcome. They even remembered that we didn't eat tomatoes and made sure our breakfast was tomato-free the next day. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious! There was a great variety of cereal and cooked items, all cooked fresh. The car park outside had plenty of space for a few cars and was easy to maneuver in.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the included breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet still within a short walk to the esplanade. The owner, Judy, went above and beyond by allowing us a later check out so we could have a well-deserved sleep in after our hike around the island. She even pre-arranged our discounted ferry tickets, providing amazing service. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything is what i need and want.

We had a lovely stay at a charming Victorian house with a warm welcome. Although dogs were not allowed in the breakfast room, the owner explained the reason and we appreciated that. My wife went down for breakfast while I looked after our dog, and we were both satisfied with the delicious breakfast. The room was clean and bright, with a big window that we could open. The host was helpful and replenished tea and toast without hesitation. The location had convenient parking, and the landlady was very nice and accommodating.
