The location overlooking the sea is stunning, perfect for walks along the coastline. Friendly and accommodating staff who clearly love working at the hotel. The restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast, and it's even possible to have it delivered to your room at a low cost. The spa and pool facilities are excellent, especially the outdoor section of the spa pool.

We got great value for our money with an upgraded room and a bottle of fizz to celebrate my husband's birthday. The location of the hotel is unbeatable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only improvement needed was the food for breakfast, as it took a while for the poached eggs to come and the food wasn't warm enough.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to the lively centre of town. It's just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it extremely convenient. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, especially if you're lucky enough to have a room with a sea view.

The decor of the hotel felt a bit outdated, which may not appeal to some guests who prefer more modern surroundings.

Golf course on the doorstep. Beautiful old building with tasteful modern interior. Very high standard Law Suite. All staff attentive and professional.

It was all superb.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location of Marine, with stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The hotel provided a relaxing spa experience and our spacious family suite comfortably accommodated all of us. The food, aside from one undercooked meal, was excellent. We even had the convenience of a train station nearby, allowing us to easily explore Edinburgh. we would consider returning to Marine for another stay in the future.

I recently stayed at Marine in North Berwick for a perfect wee mini break. The location was stunning, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The staff were a credit to the hotel and the check-in staff were efficient. The room had an incredible view over the golf course and out to sea. I was impressed by the pool and spa facilities, particularly the outdoor thermal pool. The dinner at the Lawn restaurant was fantastic, both in terms of the food and the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and overall experience.

The hotel's position is spectacular, with unspoilt views that are just lovely to enjoy. The reception area and bar provide a great spot to unwind with a drink and watch the sunset. The leisure facilities are also top-notch. But the absolute highlight for me was the amazingly comfortable bed and the huge room that we had.

Can't fault anything about it.

We had a pleasant Thanksgiving stay. the staff was attentive and friendly, and they offered us some lovely complementary treats. the coastal location provided stunning views of the sea and the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the easy access to nearby facilities and activities.

Our stay was somewhat marred by a few hiccups. the room had some maintenance issues, and the restaurant struggled to provide consistently good food.

Nothing it was perfect.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this hotel was luxurious. the exclusive amenities provided were exceptional. I felt completely relaxed in the Spa & Wellness Centre and loved the indoor swimming pool. the beauty treatments were the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away.

this did not affect the quality of my relaxation experience.
