I had a fantastic stay at this resort in Valle de Guadalupe. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, as it was close to many wineries in both the Tesela area and other areas. Plus, the parking was convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the great value, nice design, and helpful staff. The Cantera and brewery were amazing, and we loved the Tesela section with its standalone rooms and breathtaking sunsets. The multiple pools and hot tub were a hit, and the restaurants and cafe were top notch. The location was ideal and the pool area, bar, and restaurant were excellent.

As a budget traveler, I loved the convenience of having a restaurant, bar, and winery all in one place. The sweet little room I stayed in had a stunning view of the valley and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast at Ha'che was absolutely delicious and our server was attentive and helpful. I can't wait to try out the pool and hot tub during my next visit. The location was also great, with easy access to the main hotel area with food and dancing.

This hotel was just perfect for our Easter getaway! the views were breathtaking and the staff was so kind and welcoming. We loved the fact that the hotel had two incredible restaurants where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. Plus, the location was very convenient, making it easy for us to venture around town and explore the area. the rooms were cozy and well-maintained, definitely a great place to relax and unwind.

Although we had a great time at the hotel, there were a few things that could have been better. For instance, the rooms were a bit on the small side and lacked some amenities like closet space or a table/chair inside.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often slow, making it difficult to stay connected.
