I gotta say, Mad O'Rourkes Pie Factory was definitely worth the money. The room was clean and cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The location was perfect for me, with plenty of options for dining and drinks. And the staff? They treated me like a VIP, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast experience could've been improved with a wider selection of gluten-free options. But overall, not a major issue and didn't dampen my stay at all.

The bed was comfortable and the room was well-lit with double glazed windows. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the Real Ale was well-kept.

No chair or surface available for working in the room. The duvet was thin and not warm enough for chilly nights.

I recently stayed at Mad O'Rourkes Pie Factory for a group gathering, enjoying a delicious meal and drinks with 35 people. From the moment we arrived, the staff took excellent care of us. They ensured that all our food came out together and was hot and delicious. The added entertainment of a talented singer who interacted with our group made the evening even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Black Country Museum, and the quirky atmosphere of the hotel added to the overall experience. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and we had two amazing meals during our stay. The pub had a good selection of beers, and the digital key pad for the rooms was convenient. a fantastic experience.

The meals at the restaurant were amazing, served on shovels for a unique and enjoyable experience.
