I recently stayed at Magnolia House for a few nights and it was an amazing experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the town center. The rooms were large, well-equipped, and had comfortable king-size beds. The hosts, Javed and Judith, were perfect and made us feel right at home. The breakfast cooked by Javed and served by Judith was delicious and served in a bright and airy breakfast room. Additionally, Javed allowed me to charge my electric car using one of the external 13A sockets. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Magnolia House. The owners, Javid and Judith, were welcoming and charming. They were always willing to help and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with everything we needed. The location was brilliant, just a five-minute walk to the shops and restaurants in town. The breakfast options were excellent, with a brilliant choice on the menu. I would highly recommend staying here.

Despite being close to the town center, the location was peaceful, allowing for a restful sleep. The breakfast options were excellent, and having everything we needed in the room made our stay even more convenient. we highly recommend Magnolia House for a delightful and comfortable stay in Rye.

We stayed at Magnolia House for three nights and it was perfect for our family of 4. The interconnecting rooms were tailored to meet our every need, with big comfy beds, mini/fridge and microwave, and a smart TV. The hosts were warm, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of. The location was also ideal, just a short walk to Rye Station and the top of Mermaid Street. We loved exploring the area and starting our day with a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast.

The accommodations were stylishly decorated and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. the staff was friendly and welcoming, providing helpful advice about local attractions and dining options. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of freshly cooked options to choose from. the hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of the town center and with on-site parking available.

Some rooms facing the street may experience noise during the day. There was also a strong smell of cannabis in the entryway and corridor, despite the hotel's no smoking policy.

This hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the town center. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a large smart TV, king-sized bed, and a fantastic shower cubicle. Additionally, there was a convenient fridge and microwave available for use, which was a nice touch.

One major downside was the noise from the road, especially for front-facing rooms. Even with the window closed, the traffic noise was quite loud and disruptive.

The rooms are well-equipped and spotless, with a large and comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious, with tasty options like sausages and poached eggs. the hosts are extremely welcoming and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The bathroom facilities could use some improvement.
