I had an amazing stay at this countryside B&B. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was outstanding. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a great selection to choose from. The staff, Caroline and Mike, were absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. The location was perfect, just a 5 to 10-minute walk down the hill to local restaurants, and even a farm with a variety of animals roaming around - a delightful treat for someone like me from the city.

The Kerryanna Country House is situated on a very steep hill, which might be inconvenient for those with limited mobility. However, the location provides a picturesque view of the surrounding urban area. The rooms are spacious and airy, with comfortable beds and luxurious ensuite bathrooms. The service is top-notch, with friendly and welcoming hosts who go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are plentiful, with freshly cooked food served with a smile. the nearby restaurants are just a short uphill walk away, offering a variety of dining choices.

One minor drawback is that the entrance to the premises could be better signed, causing us to miss it initially. However, this was quickly rectified with a simple U-turn.

I had a fantastic stay at Kerryanna. From the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable room and delicious breakfasts, everything was perfect. The B&B is conveniently located, just a short walk from the center of town, making it a great base for exploring Cornwall. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was of a high quality. I can't say enough about Caroline and Mike, the hosts, who run a smart business and made sure my stay was delightful.

kerryanna was a perfect getaway. the sunrise suite was beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfy. breakfast was delicious and the hosts were amazing. highly recommended!
