The location is perfect, being very close to the city center and making it easy to find everything we needed. The room was spacious and had all the facilities we'd expect. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The soundproofing in the room was not very effective, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right across from the cinema and very close to the theatre. It was also just a short walk away from the city centre. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, including the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and comfortable sitting area. The welcome drink I received upon arrival was a nice touch, and the in-room breakfast was delicious. The fitness centre was also a great facility to have access to during my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay at a comfortable and well-located venue with amazing staff.

We stayed one night for a show at the Theatre Royal. The hotel is very central and convenient, just a couple of minutes walk from the theatre and close to transportation. The staff was fantastic and made check-in and check-out easy. The rooms were lovely and comfortable with great beds and a TV that can cast Netflix. The shower was fabulous and the breakfast had a great selection. The location was perfect.

Minor maintenance issues in the room.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to many places on foot, either right in the centre or very close to it. The reception area was clean, well-maintained and modern. The beds in the rooms were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.

Some of the hot dishes had been out for far too long and were dried up. The quality of some ingredients was not up to par, with mushrooms still having some grit/soil on them and tomatoes being shriveled and dry.

Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. Hotel facilities: The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with air conditioning that was easy to set, excellent WiFi, and well soundproofed rooms. Parking: The hotel offered discounted parking in nearby multistory car parks, which was a great convenience. Location close to train station: We loved that the hotel was just a short walk from both Central and Queen Street stations, making it easy to get around the city.

Had a fabulous time over Christmas at this hotel. the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. the free cookies and hot cocoa at check-in were a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main Christmas markets and attractions downtown. the breakfast was included and had a wonderful variety of options. The rooms were a bit cold, and we couldn't change the temperature with the thermostat. the staff were a bit pushy about checking out on time and came knocking on our door when we were still packing up.
