Bathroom door handle broke. friendly breakfast service.

The spacious rooms with kitchenettes were perfect for my family's needs. Breakfast was consistently good, and Sima's friendly service truly brought a smile to our mornings. Loved the outdoor picnic area too!

However, the pool area could definitely use some attention, as it felt a bit neglected. There were also some hiccups with check-in that took longer than expected, but the staff were overall accommodating.

i almost thought i could give a good review until the staff charged me twice and the room smelled of musk and mildew. not even fresh linens, had to ask for new ones! i woudl ve expected a complimentary upgrade, but apparently that's just too much to ask.

bathrooms were a bit more updated. We really loved the kitchen amenities which made meal prep convenient. The breakfast selection was decent, but I found the coffee service could have been improved. Overall, a pleasant stay.

the staff were exceptionally friendly and made our stay feel special. breakfast was fairly good, and the service from siama really stood out. location was ideal, just off the highway but still peaceful.

Clean and quiet. Hotel's breakfast has a nice variety, and Sima, the breakfast attendant, is super friendly and makes mornings special! Plus, it’s close to the highway and great restaurants.

Nothing to improve upon.

I enjoyed my experience overall. The suite was nice with a stocked kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. I realized I needed a wine opener, but that was a minor issue. My family loved the outdoor pool, and they did not want to leave, which reminded me of my trips back home to Italy. I appreciated the separate living area. I stayed in early 2024.
