on a recent golf trip back in ripon, we found a gem at a 14th, century farmhouse. exceeded all expectations with top, notch service and cozy, spacious rooms. breakfasts were heavenly, especially the locally produced black pudding. definitely a return, worthy spot in the lovely area.
