The rooms were cozy and clean, with a lovely view of the surroundings. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, including delicious cooked dishes made with local ingredients. The location was perfect, being close to popular attractions like Fountains Abbey and in proximity to charming villages with great pubs.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The owners, Maggie and Charles, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The farmhouse, dating back to the 14th century, had spacious and comfortable rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, as it was close to Studley Royal and Fountains Abbey, a World Heritage site that is definitely worth a visit. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the city of Ripon. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a wide variety of locally sourced options. The staff, particularly Maggie, were friendly and always available to assist.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The location is stunningly beautiful, with a wonderful garden area for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The room we stayed in was luxurious, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional; staff were polite and friendly, going to great lengths to ensure our stay was unforgettable. We especially enjoyed the packed lunches provided for our day trips.

There was only one minor issue during our stay here: the Wi-Fi connection in our room was inconsistent. However, this was explained to us upon arrival and did not detract from our experience.

Some guests mentioned that as it is a working farm, there may be occasional farm smells and noises.
