the check-in was a long ordeal, and don’t get me started on that ridiculous charity scheme. If I’m donating £3, I expect a clean room, not a cost-cutting gimmick. Additionally, I did encounter some not-so-friendly cleaning staff who acted like I was annoying them. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t deal with it!

Malmaison London is stylish, clean, and offers a luxurious feel. The hot water was great, and the breakfast selection was impressive. Perfect location! 😍

malmaison is located in a quiet spot, just a short walk from barbican and farringdon stations. the staff were incredibly welcoming, especially when they surprised us with prosecco for my husband's birthday. their attention to detail truly made our stay special. we enjoyed the spacious room, which had an amazing shower and a comfortable bed.

the breakfast experience was a bit lacking, with many tables left uncleaned.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience, as ground-level rooms may expose you to street noise.

Chur, the location was sweet as, only a short stroll to the Barbican. But the room was so hot it made it hard to sleep, eh?

Had a great time there! the staff was super nice and even surprised us with a card and bottles of bubbly for my birthday, made the whole experience feel special. The room was huge and had some real charm, like funky decor and all the little things to make you feel right at home!

Yeah it wasn't exact cheap but worth it! !

Inconsistent room feature availability!!! Some amenities like wall clocks and lighting were lacking!!! For over £300 a night, I expected better attention to detail!!! Housekeeping needs improvement and better communication regarding room maintenance!!!

Super friendly staff helped us with luggage! The location's great, super close to two stations and awesome pubs/restaurants nearby. Room service was quick and tasty. Emmanuel at the restaurant really spoiled us!

the courtyard was lovely and secure , providing a peaceful stay. staff were friendly , offering free drink vouchers for not servicing the room. breakfast had a great selection , and the location was ideal for attractions.

Charming room, helpful staff, with a great view over the rooftops of the city, and a perfect location next to Barbican Station, providing excellent transport links throughout the city.

Nothing it is perfect

Loved the spacious room with an amazing shower and the delicious room service! Only downside was a bit of a wait for breakfast, but worth it. I'd definitely return!
